Make every effort to keep the oneness of the Spirit in the bond of peace [each individual working together to make the whole successful]. Eph. 4:3 (Amp.) There is more that connects us than divides us. Allowing the love of God to flow through us is a must. Being a proponent of peace fosters a community of unity. Working together helps us to survive any type of weather. No work can really be done unless we work as one. True success happens when we come together to get ahead.
