Surrendered

You were taught, with regard to your former way of life, to put off your old self, which is being corrupted by its deceitful desires; to be made new in the attitude of your minds; and to put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness. Eph. 4:22-24 (NIV) God renew us daily as we walk this walk. Develop our character, motives and thoughts. Search our heart and remove all that is not in alignment with you. Uproot anything that is a hinderance to what you’ve called us to do. Guide us on the right path and help us to not give into temptations to fall back into old habits and ways. We dedicate our life to you for the rest of our days. Expose all that lies dormant in our hearts and minds that wait for an opportunity to lure us in the wrong direction. Expose and deliver us from anything that interferes with us being your reflection. We surrender our will and way to you. We desire to be vessels for you to flow through. We want to represent you in all that we do and say. Have your way in us and through us every moment of the day. In Jesus name, amen. Let’s go and grow together. ADaubon

Do not gloat over me, my enemy! Though I have fallen, I will rise. Though I sit in darkness, the Lord will be my light. Micah 7:8 (NIV) No matter how bad things get, we have an assurance that in Christ defeat is not part of our story. Though it may appear as though we are down for the count, by the power of God we will rise again. Be encouraged today and know that you are not the sum of your negative experiences. This battle is the Lord’s and He shall vindicate you. All that you’ve lost God can restore and more. Your future is in God’s hands, so hold on to His unchanging hand. Trust Him in the turbulence. Have faith over fear. Denounce the spirit of despair. Rebuke the roots of rejection. Prepare for God’s redirection. Look to God for your strength. Arise, God’s not done with you yet. Wait On God

But they soon forgot what he had done and did not wait for his plan to unfold. In the desert they gave in to their craving; in the wilderness they put God to the test. Psalm 106:13-14 (NIV) Moving ahead of God in haste is a form of disobedience. We can get off course, simply because we choose not to wait with patience. When God gives us a word, we must hold on until it manifests. Trust that God has a plan and simply rest. If you are struggling to hold on, remember all that God has done before. If He’s done it in the past, have faith that He can do so much more. Don’t give into the temptation to satisfy your temporary desires or be lured away by your flesh. God’s timing is always best. If you’re in a waiting season, take the time to reflect and posture yourself for all that is to come. Walk by faith and never forget where your blessings come from. Let’s go and grow together. He holds success in store for the upright, he is a shield to those whose walk is blameless, for he guards the course of the just and protects the way of his faithful ones. Prov. 2:7-8 (NIV) It is so good to know that all that God has for us He holds for us. If God holds His plans for us, than He is the One that we should seek to receive it, not man. If He holds it, no one can steal or hinder it. Who can take our plans of success from God’s hands? Absolutely, no one. He covers our journey like a mighty shield around us. He preserves His promises towards us. God will keep us as He elevates us. Look to Him and walk in divine favor. Let’s give God praise for directing and protecting our path. God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Psalm 46:1 (NRSV) God is our shelter in the storm and a solid rock in times of distress. When the waves of life try to overwhelm us, in His presence we find true rest. A present help in the times of trouble and protection from the enemy’s snares. Our God never leaves us defenseless, because we are being kept under His providential care. He covers us when the storms are raging and we feel like there is no relief in sight. This battle is not ours; it’s the Lord’s to fight. Arise and don’t let life cause you to doubt or feel helpless. God is covering you by His grace and mercy, so you are blessed. Our troubles don’t take Him by surprise. What was sent to break us will not be our demise. In Christ we destined to rise. Press Forward! ADaubon

Walking In Victory

I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world. John 16:33 (NIV) There is comfort in knowing our God is with us in all things and every situation. In this life we will have trials and troubles, but with God we can make it. We too are victorious, because we serve a victorious God. Let us walk in peace today knowing that we will overcome all that seeks to overwhelm us. He Never Fails

For the word of God will never fail. Luke 1:37 (NLT) For with God nothing [is or ever] shall be impossible. Luke 1:37 (Amp.) God, we thank you for your word that has gone forth over our life that will turn what looks impossible into great possibilities. Thank you for fulfilling every promise and purpose you’ve spoken over us. We are not living haphazardly through life, but rather by divine assignment and appointment. You never fail us or cause our hopes to be dashed. There is nothing that we will ever face in life that is greater than you. So, today we give you all the matters of our heart and say have your way. Meet us at our place of need. Release your unmatchable power over our problems, your divine nature over all that tries to keep us down, and providential care over our lives. Your provision never fails. Your plan always prevails. Amen! Let’s go and grow together. ADaubon

Remember God

Be careful that you do not forget the Lord your God, failing to observe his commands, his laws and his decrees that I am giving you this day. Otherwise, when you eat and are satisfied, when you build fine houses and settle down, and when your herds and flocks grow large and your silver and gold increase and all you have is multiplied, then your heart will become proud and you will forget the Lord your God, who brought you out of Egypt, out of the land of slavery. Deuteronomy 8:11-14 (NIV) Often when we get where we are going we forget the One wo got us there. When waiting or wanting we are prayerful and constantly seeking the presence of God. We must maintain the same fervor for God beyond the storm. Keep the posture of prayer after you’ve received the promise. When you have arrived don’t forget to continue to thrive in your relationship with God. Don’t let your accomplishments make you lose sight of the one who has paved the way, directed your steps and guided you to your destination. Desire Him in the time of manifestation as you did when you needed daily manna. Keep the flame burning for God in every season of your life. Press Forward! ADaubon

Seek His Power & Protection

Look to the Lord and his strength; seek his face always. I Chron. 16:11 (NIV) God is El Shaddai, all powerful. He is the source of our strength. When you feel weak, reach out to Him. In times of weariness, lean on Him. When your’e tired and feel like you can’t go on, press forward in Him. When the weight of the world is upon you, rest in Him. God is and forever will be all that we need. Seek Him at all times and let Him meet you at your place of need. Be encouraged and know that the Lord sees you and is ever-present, no matter what you’re going through. Acknowledge His presence and receive HIs power and protection. Let’s go and grow together.
