Follow The Leader

 Whether you turn to the right or to the left, your ears will hear a voice behind you, saying, “This is the way; walk in it.” Isaiah 30:21 (NLT) God help us to follow you with a willing heart. Teach us to seek your face for direction from the start. Give us an ear to hear as you lovingly guide us through this journey. Holy Spirit rise within us to imagine what you see. Let us not be held back by the fear of the unknown or uncertain. We won’t have trepidation due to the obstacles ahead, because you move mountains. Speak to us; your servants are listening with intention to follow your will. Until we hear from you we will seek your face, trust you and be still. In Jesus name, amen. Let’s go and grow together. Pursue & Practice Peace

Do all that you can to live in peace with everyone. Romans 12:18 (NLT) It is easy to say you want peace, but how far will you go to achieve it? Will you reach out to make amends? Would you push past the spirit of offense to build a path forward and bridge of reconciliation? Will you challenge yourself to extend grace, even when everyone around you says they don’t deserve it? We must set an example of Christ’s unconditional love in the world. It’s not always easy, but it is necessary to promote peace within ourselves and with others. We are not accountable for the actions of others, but as believers in Christ we are called to create spaces where peace is cultivated.

Prayer for Today: God search our heart and remove anything that hinders us from seeking peace with others. Give us a desire to resolve conflict rather than entertain contention. Let your shalom penetrate us until it overflows from within us. Help us to be an image and example of your love. We thank you for being a God of reconciliation. As you have reconciled us to you, help us to delight in reconciling with others. Today, we choose to pursue peace. In Jesus name, amen. Let’s go and grow together. ADaubon

Come Out

Then Jesus shouted, “Lazarus, come out!” And the dead man came out, his hands and feet bound in graveclothes, his face wrapped in a headcloth. Jesus told them, “Unwrap him and let him go!” John 11:43-44 (NLT) When God has called you out of darkness, continue to walk into the light. When He delivers you from all that kept you wrapped up and bound, don’t become entangled again. You were redeemed, restored and revived for a reason. Trusting God

The Lord is good, a strong refuge when trouble comes. He is close to those who trust in him. Nahum 1:7 (NLT) No matter how intimidating the circumstance, our God is stronger. No matter how high the tides appear, our God will not let you drown under the pressure of life. When trouble comes your way, let your faith arise. When bad reports are delivered sift it through the grace, mercy and provision of God. He meets us at our place of need and we are never beyond His reach. Our God Restores

The Lord restored the fortunes of Job when he prayed for his friends, and the Lord gave Job twice as much as he had before. Job 42:10 (Amp.) For all those who feel like you are unable to recover from the losses in your life, know that God specializes in recovery and restoration. God sees all that you’ve been through and was ever present through it all. He will rebuild you and give you greater for all that you’ve lost. You will come back from every set back. You will rise from the ashes and be renewed to your rightful place. All that God has for you will be released in your life. He will redeem the time and take you to higher heights in the natural and the spiritual. Your tent will be expanded and your territory will be increased. Get ready for the overflow. Spirit Lead

Keep actively watching and praying that you may not come into temptation; the spirit is willing, but the ^[a]body is weak.” Matthew 26:4 (Amp.) I have hidden your word in my heart, that I might not sin against you. Psalm 119:11 (NLT) God guide us by your Spirit; especially when our flesh is trying to have its way. Let us not be naive to the traps that are set before us each day. Give us discernment to see proclivities to sin; even if it’s buried deep within. Expose every root of temptation that attempts to lure us to sin again. Give us accountability partners to confidently share our struggles and desires. Remove everything that attempts to dim our fervor or diminish our fire. Give us Godly insight to be fully alert and aware. We seek your face and keep your precepts near. We will hide them in our heart, so we will not sin against you. We’ll hold onto your hand and trust that you will victoriously guide us through. In Jesus name, amen. ADaubon

Be The Light & Lead Others To Christ

In the same way, there is more joy in heaven over one lost sinner who repents and returns to God than over ninety-nine others who are righteous and haven’t strayed away! Luke 15:7 (NLT) God help us to let our lives be a true witness for you. Give us a timely word that is in season and true. Prepare the way for us and give us opportunities to share the good news. Give us a willing heart, so when you say go we will never refuse. Go before us as you lead us to places to find the lost, hurting and those that can’t find their way. Anoint our feet, fill us with your Spirit and give us the words to say. Let us be fishermen of men and women as we take the deeper dive to spread your joy in the world and all those in need. Prepare the soul of their hearts as we bring forth the seed. The seed is your word that you have empowered us all to share. Help us to show them there is a God that loves them and that you truly care. Let our light shine, so others will be drawn to you in a special way. A man has joy in giving an appropriate answer, And how good and delightful is a word spoken at the right moment—how good it is! Proverbs 15:23 (Amp.) God, give us the right words for the right moment. Let our words be full of divine purpose and our speech heaven sent. Let honesty and consideration give us motivation to uplift and encourage one another in the faith. When we don’t know what to say, we’ll seek your face and wait. Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity. Until I come, devote yourself to the public reading of Scripture, to preaching and to teaching. Do not neglect your gift, which was given you through prophecy when the body of elders laid their hands on you. 1 Timothy 4:12-14 (NIV) In life there are many people that will come along and try to make you feel unqualified for what God has called you to do. God did not get anyone’s approval when He placed special gifts inside of you. You don’t need man’s validation to follow the path that was ordained for you before the foundation of the earth. Don’t look to others to define your worth. The attack on you now is to make you feel unworthy to fulfill your call. Trust God every step of the way, because He ordained it all. Your purpose is great, because of the great things He has spoken over your life, that will not come back void. That’s why your enemies are so annoyed.
