Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen. Eph. 4:29 (NIV) God, guard our hearts and our minds, so what comes out of our mouth makes an impact for the better. Help us to not cause division, but rather do all that’s necessary to bring people together. Let the words that come out of our mouths build bridges not walls. Let what we speak go forth with the intentions to benefit us all. If our words have the potential to hurt others, stop us in our tracks. Help us to represent you in what we say and how we act. Teach us self-control to be mindful of all that we do and say. Holy Spirit have your way. At the end of the day we want You to get the glory.
