Monday Meditation

Grateful

He has caused his wonders to be remembered; the Lord is gracious and compassionate. Psalm 111:4 (NIV) Take time and reflect on how God has moved in your life. All your days may not have been the best, but when you look over the full landscape of your life you can see the hand of God. On the good days He was there and on the bad days He kept you and carried you through. No matter what challenges you are facing today let your gratitude for what He has done before build your faith for what He can and will do today and forevermore. Let’s go and grow together. ADaubon

The LORD will fulfill his purpose for me; your steadfast love, O LORD, endures forever. Do not forsake the work of your hands. Psalm 138:8 (ESV) You were not haphazardly created. You are a divine design. All that you’ve done and will ever do is by the work of God moving in your life. He molds and shapes us according to His plans and purpose for us. He will not abandon His creation or forsake the works of His hands. Submit and surrender to the molding and making process. Trust that He will complete all that He has started in your life. Know that God loves you and all His plans for you will come to pass. Let’s go and grow together. ADaubon

Monday Meditation

Be on guard. Stand firm in the faith. Be courageous. Be strong.1 Cor. 16:13 (NLT) We are to be alert and sober to be on guard. The Lord will guard our heart and our minds, but we need to guard ourselves from the common distractions and pitfalls that try to ensnare or entrap us. We can stand firm in our faith, by placing all our trust and hope in the Lord. When we give all our concerns to God, He keeps us on solid ground. In times of uncertainty be confident that God will keep you and sustain you. He will not let you fall. Have courage and know that God has not given you a spirit of fear. Be strong and walk in the power of God. All of heaven is behind you, the Lord goes before you and His angels encamp around you. God’s got you! Let’s go and grow together. ADaubon

Peaceful Rest

Yes, my soul, find rest in God; my hope comes from him. Psalm 62:5 (NIV) When looking for peace you must go to the Source. There is no long-term rest apart from God. Position, things, people and vices will give you temporary and momentary joy, but your Shalom comes from the Lord. He will give you peace in the midst of your storm. He will turn your sadness into joy and your weeping into dancing. When you place your hope in the Lord it’s not a matter of will you survive, its a fact that you will thrive. Place all the cares that are trying to overwhelm you at the feet of Jesus and enter into His true, irrevocable, life-changing, mood-altering, sustaining, peaceful rest. Let’s go and grow together.
