But thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. 1 Cor. 15:57 (NIV) When we rely on God we make room for the miraculous. When we keep the faith in spite of what it looks like, we see God move in ways we never imagined. When you think you’re being defeated emotionally, physically or spiritually remember you do not go alone. Have no fear about the battle, because your God has gone before you and will protect you. God gives us the victory and it is through Christ that we receive it. Submit to God and surrender to the Savior. You will come out of this victoriously. Let’s go and grow together. ADaubon

John 3:16 (Amp.) You are loved today and forevermore. When rejection knocks on your door, remember you are accepted by God. When shame tries to make you feel unworthy, find comfort that you are chosen by the Father just as you are. When people walk away from you, the Lord is waiting with open arms. Committed To His Will

“Father, if you are willing, take this cup from me; yet not my will, but yours be done.” Luke 22:42 (NIV) Like our Savior, we must be committed to the will of the Father. When it gets rough, stay committed. When faced with troubles and difficulties, stay the course. When tribulations try to weigh you down, remember Christ laid down His life and rose for you. He is forever present for you. He does not require anything from you that He doesn’t empower you to do. Let your yes to God remain steady in the face of adversity. Submit all your plans to the will of God. If you should ever fall, you will rise again. Let’s go and grow together. ADaubon

Stay The Course

“Watch and pray so that you will not fall into temptation. The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak.” Matthew 26:41 (NIV) We must be alert and watchful in order to be ready for all that comes our way. Focusing on God helps us to keep our attention on what matters most. Keep your eyes on the prize. Remain on track for all that God has for you. Don’t be lured by that which appeals to your flesh. Don’t be tricked by the common distractions that try to keep us from being on our guard. Every temptation is designed to take you off course. Don’t willingly go down the path that is orchestrated to derail you. Be alert and continue the path God has created for you. Let’s go and grow together. ADaubon

Look to the Lord and his strength; seek his face always. 1 Chron. 16:11 (NIV) Focus on God and seek His face. When you’re feeling weighed down find your rest in Him. Retreat into His loving arms and let Him care for you. Be renewed and restored. Press Forward! ADaubon

I will give thanks to you, Lord, with all my heart; I will tell of all your wonderful deeds. Psalm 9:1 (NIV) It’s time for a pause and praise moment. Stop worrying and start worshiping. Stop complaining and start proclaiming. Stop giving space in your life for the woes to mount and reflect on all the blessings you can count. No matter what it looks like there is so much to be grateful for. Go down memory lane, give God some praise for all that He’s done and get ready for all that is in store. Remember all the times that He’s kept you until your heart overflows. Get in a posture of praise for He is truly worthy of that and more. Let the joy of your gratitude awaken your inner peace. Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff,  they comfort me. Psalm 23:4 (NRSVU) In the darkest times of your life, know that God is with you. He is the light in the midst of your circumstance and He will guide you through. There is no place in your heart that is too difficult for Him to mend and heal. Find comfort in HIs loving arms, for He knows just how you feel. Give Him your anguish thoughts and receive rest from all that tries to cause you fear. The Lord knows what you are going through and with His compassion He draws near. Let’s go and grow together. Do nothing from selfishness or empty conceit [through factional motives, or strife], but with [an attitude of] humility [being neither arrogant nor self-righteous], regard others as more important than yourselves. Phil. 2:3 (Amp.) Lift someone else up as you go along your way. Don’t step over people, rather help them to elevate with you. Make your mark and charge the path forward for others to follow. It’s not just about you, but all those who will come behind you. When we are not self-centered, we can all walk in our highest potential together and reach back for the next generation. Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Matthew 11:28 (NIV) For all those that are physically and mentally worn out there is a place to receive your rest and peace. Only in the arms of the Lord can we find our sweet release. When no one understands and you have no place to turn God is near. When the responsibilities and difficulties of life begin to overwhelm you, the Lord is always there. Seek His face, lay down your cares and believe that He hears your every cry. He knows what you’re going through and is always by your side. Receive God’s peace that He freely gives. Enter the space where His presence lives. Spend time basking in Him.
