It’s a New Day

“Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing!. Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland.” Isaiah 43:18-19 (NIV) What’s done is done and what will be will be. Set your sights ahead, so you can walk freely. Don’t be bound by yesterday. Being fixated on your past will not make it go away. Rather walk in your healing and open your eyes to see what’s in store. For God is leading you to new open doors. Everything you’ve been through has prepared you for this moment and new level He’s taking you to. Let go of all the things in you past that is trying to keep a hold on you. What didn’t break you only built your faith, so trust God and follow His lead. You’re no longer weighed down by guilt, shame or sadness, by His stripes you are free. Get rid of all the clutter in your heart and mind and begin to make room. Get in position, because a new season is coming soon. Let’s go and grow together. ADaubon

Monday Meditation

Kindness and Consideration Matters

Treat others the same way you want them to treat you. Luke 6:31 (Amp.) Give thought to your actions and consider how you would feel if the shoe was on the other foot. In doing so, you may change your course of actions to consider the feelings and impact of others. We should always treat others the way we would want to be treated. Consider others as you would want to be considered and be thoughtful to others as you would want others to be thoughtful towards you. Let’s be mindful of our words and actions and remember you can intentionally and unintentionally hurt people by what you do and say. Kindness, consideration and compassion matters. Let’s go and grow together. ADaubon

Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving. Col 3:23-24 (NIV) The first and most important work ethic is to work as unto the Lord. There is a heavenly mandate on us to let our acts be an example and conduit of the Lord. How we govern ourselves should be led by Godly standards. Always remember, the Lord sees you and will reward you accordingly. Let’s go and grow together. ADaubon

Monday Meditation

For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do. Ephesians 2:10 (NIV) Don’t ever doubt your talent or abilities. Nor should you let your work or value be determined by others. You were created by the hands of God – the greatest potter ever imagined. You have been assigned and designed on purpose for a purpose. Every detail about you was handcrafted by Him, and every detail is determined for His divine destiny. Hold your head high, stay grounded in the Lord and press forward. Let’s go and grow together.
