Fresh Wind Wednesday

Beloved, never avenge yourselves, but leave room for the wrath of God, for it is written, “Vengeance is mine; I will repay, says the Lord.” Romans 12:19 (NRSV) In life you will have those who come against you. Their reasons are irrelevant. The only thing that matters is that you do not let them change your character. Don’t waste time figuring out a way to get back at them. Don’t fixate on their schemes. Center your heart and focus on the one who is able to save you from the snares of your foes. Pray for your enemies and leave them in the hands of God. He is Migdal Oz-The Lord God Our Strong Tower. He will keep us safe from all our enemies. Don’t fret and don’t get discouraged. Don’t allow their antics to distract you. Keep loving and living and let God take care of your adversaries. Stay the course! ADaubon

Monday Meditation

But surely, God is my helper; the Lord is the upholder of my life. Psalm 54:4 (NRSV) No matter what you are going through firmly believe, without wavering, that God will sustain you. When you are being persecuted and attacked, know that God will vindicate you. When you are overwhelmed by emotions and despair is trying to overtake you, turn to the Lord and receive His rest from all the pain that seeks to consume your heart. With God’s help you can persevere and survive any situation that comes your way. He will keep you and give you strength to continue to press on. Be encouraged this week to walk in the promise of God, that He will uphold your life and will take care of everything that concerns you. You are not alone; God is with you. Let’s go and grow together. ADaubon

Fresh Wind Wednesday

He who is slow to anger has great understanding [and profits from his self-control], But he who is quick-tempered exposes and exalts his foolishness [for all to see]. Prov 14:29 (Amp.) Managing your emotions in difficult situations is an indication of self-control. Being self-aware and identifying your triggers is equally important. Then make a conscious effort to think before reacting, bridle your tongue, consider the best and most appropriate approach to a situation and pursue peace at all cost. Either you control your anger, or your anger will control you. Pray for inner healing and deliverance from all the pain that fuels your anger, then embrace healing and a healthier pattern of responses to life events. Let’s go and grow together. ADabuon

Blessed & Refreshed

He refreshes and restores my soul (life); He leads me in the paths of righteousness for His name’s sake. Psalm 23:3 (Amp.) For those who are feeling weary today, be encouraged and know that your time of refreshing is near. He will fill every empty void and satisfy you in every area of your life. There is no situation or circumstance that God cannot revive you from. He will give you new and improved strength to continue to move forward on the path He has set before you. He will lovingly guide and direct you, as He rebuilds and mends all your broken pieces back together again. He will redeem the time and bring restoration to your soul. You have come too far to give up now. God’s not done yet. Let’s go and grow together. ADaubon

Fresh Wind Wednesday

So let us not grow weary in doing what is right, for we will reap at harvest time, if we do not give up. Gal. 6.9 (NRSV) For those who have been pouring out, almost until the point of exhaustion, find strength and peace in God today. For those who have been doing everything you can to stay afloat, but it seems like the tides are about to sweep you away, find comfort in knowing God is holding you by His mighty right hand. It’s challenging to not get weary in difficult times but keep planting. God sees you and is with you right where you are. He’s producing something in you that will come forth in abundance. If you feel like giving up today, I encourage you to continue to wait on God. In His timing He will reveal all things, restore you and you will reap your bountiful harvest. Stay the course. ADaubon

Monday Meditation

Wait for and confidently expect the Lord; Be strong and let your heart take courage; Yes, wait for and confidently expect the Lord. Psalm 27:14 (Amp.) Too often we induce a lot of undue stress and anxiety upon ourselves when we are impatient. Even in the most difficult and unimaginable times in your life He can repair, restore and recover you. No matter what it looks like, it’s not over until He says it’s over. Courageously, trust Him to work all things for your good. Stay in position to receive all that God has predestined for you. As you submit all your concerns, desires and needs before the Lord, wait with an expectation that He will respond to your prayers. Avoid the pitfalls of despair and believe with unwavering faith that God has not forgotten you. In your waiting season, find peace in the promise that God cares for you. May your heart be encouraged as you maintain your hope in Him. Let’s go and grow together. ADaubon

Fresh Wind Wednesday

He has shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God. Micah 6:8 (NIV) Live each day with the moral guidelines of one who is a reflection of God. Extend grace, forgiveness and compassion to yourself and others. Be modest and remember that it is God who gives you your gifts and abilities. Let Him use you for His glory. Today is a great day to do what is good with a sincere heart. Stay the course. ADaubon

Monday Meditation

“No weapon that is formed against you will succeed; And every tongue that rises against you in judgment you will condemn. This [peace, righteousness, security, and triumph over opposition] is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and this is their vindication from Me,” says the Lord. Isaiah 54:17 (Amp.) When things are created to inflict harm on you or cause damage to your mental, physical, financial or spiritual stability, trust in God to build a shield around you to ward off the fiery darts of the enemy. You have the greatest defender on your side. When false accusations are spoken against you, they will fall to the ground like a feather. The Lord will cover you. Find comfort in the promises of God that whatever comes your way He can keep you protected and in perfect peace. Don’t fear, don’t fret, God hasn’t failed you yet. Let’s go and grow together. The Greatest Love You Will Ever Know

But God clearly shows and proves His own love for us, by the fact that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Romans 5:8 (Amp.) If you ever doubted that you were loved, consider the blessing that was bestowed from above. He came for the sinners and the lost. Your guilt and shame died at the cross. He loves you with all your shortcomings and imperfections. Fully embrace His love and affection. Your debt is as empty as His tomb. You are set free by His wounds. ADaubon
