God Hears & Answers Our Prayers

I will answer them before they even call to me. While they are still talking about their needs, I will go ahead and answer their prayers! Isaiah 65:24 (NLT) God knows what is on our heart and mind. He knows all that we are going through. He understands what we are feeling before we can put it into words. God knows us intimately. He is faithful to respond to our every need. While we are yet speaking, He is already moving on our behalf. Our prayers are an outward expression of an inward decision to trust God. When we seek His face, it is an affirmation that we believe He can and will help us in our time of need. Talk to God, as if you’re confiding in a close friend; because He is a friend that will stick closer than a brother. You don’t have to be eloquent of speech or lengthy. Just seek Him, as your authentic self, with a sincere heart. Then let your faith activate, by truly trusting that He hears you and is answering you according to His sovereign will. Believe in your heart that He hears you and that all things are working together for your good. Let’s go and grow together. ADaubon

Preserved by The Promise

My comfort in my suffering is this: Your promise preserves my life. Psalm 119:50 (NIV) If you are experiencing challenging times in your life that seems to be extended beyond what you think you can bear, know that you are not alone. Sometimes it may feel like a season is a lifetime. Hold on and remember a promise is a promise. No matter how long it takes or the road you may have to travel, the promise will not come back void. What has been spoken over your life will surely come to pass. Find comfort in knowing that the obstacles and difficulties you face today does not change or alter what God has spoken over your future. Remain steadfast and don’t be moved. The darkest hour comes before the dawn and your brighter days are straight ahead. Don’t get off course or be distracted by your current situation. God is above all that is happening in your life and with Him you will rise above it as well. With boldness and assurance look doubt in the face and dismiss it from your presence, because if God said yes, it is already done. Let your expectation for what is to come be elevated to the next level and worship Him in advance while you wait. Get in the posture of praise, presume that it’s on the way, because the promise over your life will be fulfilled. May your faith be magnified, and God be glorified. Let’s go and grow together. Meditation Monday

Fill My Heart Lord

Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to peace. And be thankful. Col 3:15 (NIV) What exactly does it mean to let the peace of Christ rule in our hearts? Perhaps it calls for us to push aside our flesh and let the Spirit reign. Unforgiveness, anger, resentment, revenge and all other unfruitful responses cannot occupy the place in our heart that should be filled with agape love. Yes, we are human and may have certain emotional responses that we are not often proud of. However, don’t let these emotions and responses take over to the point where we are no longer able to operate in the love of God. Be very careful what you allow to consume you. Keep peace at the forefront of your heart and mind. Let the love of God flow in you and through you. Let His love be exemplified in you until it brings people together. When the love of God is the driving force in our hearts, peace and unity is nurtured and cultivated. When we operate from a place of gratitude there’s no place for a bitter attitude. When we love with true sincerity, we become bound by all that is good and fruitful rather than torn apart by all that works to oppose positive growth. Reject all that is used as a tool to divide and strive towards all that brings us together. Let’s go and grow together. ADaubon

Fresh Wind Wednesday

The Lord will guide you continually, giving you water when you are dry and restoring your strength. You will be like a well-watered garden, like an ever-flowing spring. Isaiah 58: 11 (NLT) When we trust God and obediently follow His directions, He is faithful to keep us on the journey. Even in a dry place you will be well watered. In a time of drought, you will not become parched. In the most difficult places and desperate situations God will turn it completely around. In spite of the conditions around you God will show you that He is your provider. No matter what it looks like He will help you and give you the strength you need to persevere. Find hope in the promise that God goes before you every day and is with you every step of the way. Let’s go and grow together. ADaubon

Our Help Comes From The Lord

I lift up my eyes to the hills—from where will my help come? My help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth. Psalm 121:1-2 (NRSVUE) Instead of looking to man, look to the Lord who is able to do all things for you in every situation. Instead of looking down into the pit of despair, look to God who causes you to triumph. Instead of being disappointed by those who do not show up for you, place all your trust in the one who is always on time. The reality is God is our source for all that we need. Our safety and serenity are found in Him and Him alone. Don’t be distracted by anything or anyone that takes your sights off Him. Left you your eyes and center your focus and attention on God. He will take care of all that involves you. Let’s go and grow together. ADaubon

The Road To Unity

How good and pleasant it is when God’s people live together in unity! Psalm 133:1 (NIV) Where there is no unity, no peace can be found. So, in spite of our differences try to find a common ground. We can peaceably coexist even when we have opposite opinions and views. Be cognizant of your actions, respect boundaries and adhere to appropriate socialization cues. There is more that binds us together than that which could ever tear us apart. Without bias, try to see the value in others with a sincere and open heart. It is time for us to move forward in harmony. Together, we can accomplish so much more in our homes, family, communities and even nationally. Let us all commit to unity for the greater good of all mankind. We must keep moving forward and not let the clock rewind. Progressively press ahead, so we all can live peaceably as one. Just say yes and your journey to being part of the solution has just begun. Let’s go and grow together. ADaubon

Breakthrough From Your Burdens

When anxiety was great within me, your consolation brought me joy. Psalm 94:19 (NIV) When you are consumed with tension, apprehension, uneasy feeling and stress find rest in the presence of God. He is the great storm stabilizer and emotion regulator. Trust God to handle all that is seeking to keep you on the emotional rollercoaster of fear and anxiety. Let your faith override your fears and receive your breakthrough beyond your burdens. Be set free from all that tries to weigh you down or keep you bound. You will triumph over every thought that tries to keep you in that state of constant uncertainly. Your assurance and support come from the Lord and Him alone. He can bring peace to every tumultuous season; for He is the God of all comfort. Center your thoughts on the Lord and allow Him to guard your heart and your mind. Let’s go and grow together ADaubon

Strong, Firm & Steadfast

And the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast. 1 Peter 5:10 (NIV) When you’re in pain or in distress know that it will not last always. There are different seasons that we must endure, but God is faithful to restore us. If you are going through a difficult time in your life right now, know that God will never leave you or forsake you. He will strengthen you and help you to persevere. He will establish you on a solid foundation in the place where you feel like you are slipping. All that you’ve gone through and will ever go through, God will use it to build you and make you stronger. Call on God and He is faithful to reveal to you the purpose in your struggle and deliver you from every circumstance. You will grow through all that you go through. You will come out of this built up and not broken down. You will rise with victory and not sink in defeat. You will go forth with power and not walk away in shame. You will be made strong, firm and steadfast in the Lord. Believe it and wait with expectation for the manifestation of God’s grace. Let’s go and grow together. ADaubon

Praise and Prepare for Your Breakthrough

Sing to the LORD! Give praise to the LORD! He rescues the life of the needy from the hands of the wicked. Jer. 20:13 (NIV) When under attack, worship. When feelings of defeat try to overtake you, worship. When your enemies set snares in your way and try to overtake you, worship. In the face of your adversaries, worship and watch praise activate sustaining Holy Ghost power. Your life and your times are in the hands of the Lord. Do not be intimidated by the wicked schemes and plans of your foes. God is taking care of everything that concerns you. Don’t fret and have no fear. You are covered and protected. Just praise and prepare for your breakthrough, because God’s got you. Let’s go and grow together. ADaubon
