We also pray that you will be strengthened with all his glorious power so you will have all the endurance and patience you need. May you be filled with joy,always thanking the Father. He has enabled you to share in the inheritance that belongs to his people, who live in the light. Col. 1:11-12 (NLT) As Paul prayed for the Colossians, I pray for you today. Know that God can bring you through any situation. By His power and strength we can survive and thrive through all that comes our way. God will keep you and help you persevere. Not only will God sustain you, He will give you joy. As we meditate on the scripture for the week, consider what is eating away at your joy. What challenges your peace of mind? Once you identify those things that disturb your peace, make the necessary steps to eliminate all that weighs you down and zaps you of your strength. Focus on everything that brings you joy, is uplifting and spurs you towards your God given goals and purpose. Don’t willingly participate in anything that brings you down or holds you back, but embrace all that elevates you physically, emotionally and spiritually.
