This is a trustworthy saying, and everyone should accept it: “Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners”—and I am the worst of them all. 1 Tim. 1:15 (NLT) There is hope for all of us and no one should be left behind, especially by those who believe in Christ. If we truly live what we profess you know that we are all sinners saved by grace. If He is able to transform our life, He is more than able to change the lives of others. As He continues to cleanse and forgive you, He can certainly do it for others. The Lord still pursues even those you may think are irredeemable. In this text, Paul reminds the hearers that Christ came for sinners, then confesses his transformation by His grace. As we meditate on the verse of the week, remember what Christ has done and is doing for you and keep the faith that He will do it for others. Be an agent of love and grace.
