For every child of God defeats this evil world, and we achieve this victory through our faith. 1 John 5:4 (NLT) If there is any area in our life where we struggle, our love for Christ directs us in the way of the Lord. As the Lord draws you closer to Him, you are led away from the snares of the enemy. As a result, the enemy is defeated and God’s plan for your life is fulfilled. Our faith in God gives us victory over the luring desires of the world. As we meditate on the verse of the week, be encouraged to stand firm in your faith when you are under attack from within and without. Our faith in God sanctifies our heart, purifies our mind, and gives us strength for the journey. It helps us to conquer the enemy and overcome all his plans. Remember, you’re not defenseless.
