Seek the Lord and his strength; seek his presence continually. I Chron. 16:11 (NRSVU) Sometimes we seek strength when we are low; but we look for it in all the wrong places. Seek the Lord first in relationship; then receive the benefit of His strength. No one and nothing can give you the help you need other than the Lord. The power that you desire can only be found in the one who created you and knows all your innermost parts. Whatever weight you are carrying, release it in His presence.
