Created for God’s Purpose Not Man’s Approval

For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago. Eph. 2:10 (NLT) Often when doing what God has called us to do, it can be discouraging when those who are closest to you show little to no support. Stay focused and don’t be distracted. There is no time to focus on the actions or lack thereof from others. What you were created to do may not be recognizableto those you expect, no matter their proximity to you. Proximity does not equal guaranteed promotion of your purpose. Stop personalizing their reactions. God is calling you to a different level and not everyone is willing or able to go. When walking in your appointment and assignment from God, you do not need the approval or applause of others. Remember, you are God’s handiwork. When God called you, and placed a purpose inside of you, He did not consult your friends, family or foes. Don’t look to them for validation or motivation. Never doubt your impact and don’t be discouraged, because whom God calls He equips. Be inspired to keep pressing forward, unapologetically, in all that God has called you to do. Do it for an audience of one out of obedience and a surrendered heart. Be encouraged to keep your eyes on the prize and press forward with Holy Ghost power and precision. If no one has told you lately, I believe in you. Let’s go and grow together. ADaubon
