Be kind and helpful to one another, tenderhearted [compassionate, understanding], forgiving one another [readily and freely], just as God in Christ also forgave you. Eph. 4:32 Amp. There is an element of forgiveness that is anchored in unconditional love. Love for God, others and yourself that defies unhealthy plans of the enemy. As we meditate on this verse today, remember to truly forgive others of all transgressions as God has freely forgiven you. Don’t forget to forgive yourself as well for any wrongdoings you have committed. It is impossible to authentically love and be loved while harboring regret and resentment in our hearts. When we don’t forgive it weighs us down and forgiveness sets us free. Forgive today and walk in your healing. Let’s go and grow together. ADaubon

Lord as I meditate on your word today, I pray my life will represent you in every way. Search and cleanse me as you prune my heart. Hold me together when I’m falling apart. Reignite my passion and rekindle my fire. Your will for my life is all that I desire. If I should stray lead me back in the right direction. When others see me let them see you in my reflection. I’m so grateful that you stripped me from all that was old and made me new again. You transformed my life and forgave all my sins. My life is an example of your love and grace. My heart belongs to you and no one can ever take your place. Help me to live a life that truly loves others the way you’ve loved me. Let your love flow through me unconditionally. Let my heart be a replica of yours as I strive to live a life pleasing unto you. I’ve surrendered my life to you and I know you’ll see me through. Thank you for your new mercies that continue to flow. I seek your face daily as I go and grow. ADaubon

Restore to me the joy of your salvation, and sustain in me a willing spirit. Psalm 51:12 (NRSV) When your choices lead you astray, you learn the pleasures that lured you in the wrong direction, quickly strips you of the joy you were chasing. Our true joy comes from the salvation of the Lord and He will restore all that you’ve lost. He pursues us with an everlasting love. His love draws us back to Him, because we are never beyond His reach. He will reestablish you and give you all the support that you need. I pray that wherever you have been led astray, your path will return you back to the One who loves you the most. As you soak in the faithful love of God, your desire to love Him in return with your whole heart and your life will be rekindled and renewed. Let’s go and grow together. ADaubon

 Rejoice in hope, be patient in suffering, persevere in prayer. Romans 12:12 (NRSV) We have hope in Christ Jesus. We can believe that He will fulfill every promise He has spoken over our life. When trials and tribulations come, have limitless faith in the God that you serve. When you are in distress, pain or going through a difficult season of any kind, remember you are not alone. Know that He will remain steadfast and faithful to you with an everlasting love. Don’t be swayed by anything that comes your way. Cry out to God, seek His face, stand firm, flatfooted, lean in and press forward. All of heaven is behind you, the Lord goes before you and the Holy Spirit is within you. Don’t become overwhelmed and have no fear, because God will give you the power, wisdom, authority and the anointing to persevere. Let’s go and grow together. ADaubon

In my distress I prayed to the Lord, and the Lord answered me and set me free. Psalm 118:5 (NLT) There are so many encouraging takeaways from this verse. When you are hurting there is help. When you are faced with difficulties or troubles of any kind cry out to God. When you are feeling overwhelmed, like you can’t take it anymore, remember the Lord is always available to you. God is faithful and answers our prayers. He sees and hears us; He knows exactly what we need. He will set you free from all that weighs you down or tries to keep you bound. Call on God, trust Him and walk in your liberty. With God you can be free from everything and anyone that works in direct opposition of His will and desire for your life. Let’s go and grow together. The Lord is good to all and his compassion is over all that he has made. Psalm 145:9 (NRSV) God’s goodness is limitless and it’s available to us all. We can’t count out anyone, even if they fall. His mercy is everlasting and He pursues us with His loving care. When we are at our lowest, He saves us from despair. God loves us more than anyone ever will. If you are hurting today, your heart He promises to heal. Remember God created you and you are His very own. No matter what you go through you are never alone. You are loved now and forever. Fear of man will prove to be a snare, but whoever trusts in the Lord is kept safe. Prov. 29:25 (NIV) Don’t be deceived by the tricks of the enemy and those with evil intentions, God will protect you. When fear arises in you and anxiety attempts to consume you, place your hand in the hand of God. Have faith and believe that He will take care of you. In essence take your eyes off of man and keep them on the Lord. Whatever you need, God is your source. Man does not determine your fate. God’s plans will prevail in your life. Don’t tremble or fret. Make sure that nobody pays back wrong for wrong, but always strive to do what is good for each other and for everyone else. 1 Thess. 5:15 (NIV) Let us always remember not to repay evil with evil. Never let the actions of others lead you down the path of vindictive retaliation in your words or actions. Speak blessings over those who come against you. Love those who hate you. Regardless of the hurt or offense, seek to do what is right and loving at all cost. When others come against you, they are fighting the mighty One who protects you and He’s never lost a battle. He will be your defender and He will heal every wound and offense. Walking in love is the only route for believers. Let’s go and grow together. ADaubon

The LORD replied, “I will personally go with you, Moses, and I will give you rest—everything will be fine for you.” Exodus 33:14 Then Jesus said, “Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest.” Matt. 11:28

There is a place in all of us that longs for true rest. When you feel physically, spiritually and emotionally drained, the Lord says come to Him. When you feel weighed down by life, your hurts and pains, or feel like you’ve reached your breaking point, place your hope in God.

God’s rest means that you lean on Him completely and allow Him to support you and prop you up on every leaning side. With God you have access to all the peace you need and desire. This week try laying down all your concerns at the feet of God. Give Him the heavy burden you’ve been carrying. You were not designed to be weighed down. Let God be your heavy lifter. He can carry you and all that concerns you.
