“Don’t use foul or abusive language. Let everything you say be good and helpful, so that your words will be an encouragement to those who hear them.” Eph. 4:29 (NLT) In this text we are reminded to be very careful with our words. We should seek to speak the truth in ways that is edifying to others. Allow God to speak through you, to motivate your fellow man or woman to reach their highest God given potential. You may not always get it right, but always correct it when you miss the mark. This week as you meditate on the scripture, make a conscious effort to sift your words through the love of God. Then deliver it wrapped in compassion, with the purpose of edification. Let’s go and grow together. ADaubon
