Growing up, a saying that always stood out to me was “A closed hand can’t receive”. This scripture reminds me of that sentiment. We should always consider what we can do for others. Not just in this season, but in every season of your life. There is a real blessing in being kind and extending a helping hand to others with the right motives. This verse reminds us that God will not overlook a sincere and generous heart. For all those who willingly give of their time, money and resources to help someone in need, God sees you. God will bless you until your cup overflows. Continue to allow God to use you to strengthen others and watch God strengthen, restore and revitalize you. As you bless others, you will be blessed.
