On hearing this, Jesus said to them, “It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners.” Mark 2:17 (NIV) After Jesus was criticized for eating with tax collectors and sinners, He educates His accusers of His purpose of saving the loss. Why would He avoid the very people He came to save? It is very easy for us to get comfortable in our churches and amongst our friends who are fellow believers, but reaching the masses calls for us to move beyond our comfort zone. How will the darkness ever be changed without being exposed to the light? With love, not judgement we must be light in the midst of darkness. Remember God calls us unto Himself and then unto the world to draw others to Him. Go be the light! Let’s go and grow together. ADaubon

Monday Meditation
When I am afraid, I put my trust in you. In God, whose word I praise, in God I trust; I am not afraid; what can flesh do to me? Psalm 56:3-4 (NRSV) If we are honest, there are many times in our life when we face situations that genuinely make us afraid. When fear rises, we have to know what to do with it. Ignoring it and acting like it does not exist will not make it go away. Identifying it and choosing not to surrender to it will help us walk in victory. You have three choices when faced with fear; You can let it paralyze you, put you on the run or stand firm in God and allow Him to fight your battles. God will save you. With Him protecting you, what can anything or anyone do against you. No evil plans will prosper, as long as you keep your faith in God. Wherever you are and wherever you find yourself, if God be with you who can be against you. God will cause you to soar above your enemies. He will thwart the plans of the enemy and will keep you in every circumstance. The next time fear knocks on your door, step aside and let God answer it. Stay strong. Let’s go and grow together. Monday Meditation

He rescued us from so great a threat of death, and will continue to rescue us. On Him we have set our hope. And He will again rescue us [from danger and draw us near]. 2 Cor. 1:10 (Amp.) You know what God can do for you by remembering what God has done for you. When you face obstacles, reflect on God’s track record in your life. Believe that if He did it before He can and will do it again. Let your faith be anchored in Him no matter what comes your way. Trust God to deliver you and preserve your life. You are still here today because God has kept you. He has protected, guarded and sustained you. He is your deliverer and answers your spoken and unspoken prayers. Your future is orchestrated by Him and all that He has planned and desired for you will come to pass. Do not fret or become distracted by the intimidation of the enemy. God will guard you and fight your battle. You will not be devoured, conquered or destroyed. Every plan of the enemy will be shattered. God will cover you and give you victory. Put your faith and trust in Him, remain prayerful, hold on to the promises of God and press forward. Place all your hope in Him. God’s got this. Let’s go and grow together. ADaubon

Monday Meditation
Seek the Lord and his strength, seek his presence continually. 1 Chron. 16:11 (NRSV) Sometimes when you are going through the storms of life you may feel depleted and tired. When you feel weary or weighed down remember God will carry you and all your burdens. Press your way into His presence by silencing all the background noise in your life and spending time with Him in prayer, worship and reading HIs word. Allow Him to refill and restore you. Whatever is trying to tear you down, God will use it to teach you how to trust Him even more. What was intended to break you, God will use it to build you. Press in and watch your pressure be lifted by the One who loves you the most. Don’t worry, God will empower you to continue to press on. Let’s go and grow together. ADaubon

Intercessory Prayer
After Job had prayed for his friends, the Lord restored his fortunes and gave him twice as much as he had before. Job 42:10 (NIV) Too often our prayers are self-centered. As you lift up your personal concerns, never forget the needs of others. Pray for everyone, not just those near and dear to your heart. Pray for those who’ve hurt or disappointed you. Pray for them like you would pray for yourself. As you lift up others in prayer God will answer your spoken and unspoken prayers. Attend to the needs of others and God is faithful to take care of you. God still answers prayers and miracles do happen. Always believe and continue to intercede. Let’s go and grow together. ADaubon

Anchored Hope
But in your hearts revere Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect. 1 Peter 3:15 NIV. Our hope in God and His faithfulness helps us to persevere in our darkest hours. A heart anchored in faith desires for others to share in the safety and security that keeps them steady during the storms of life. When we share the reason for our hope it is a witness to others of the hope that is available to them. Our testimony can encourage others. Share your faith journey with love in an effort to lead others to the One who loves us all. Let’s go and grow together. ADaubon
Monday Meditation
Be kind and helpful to one another, tenderhearted [compassionate, understanding], forgiving one another [readily and freely], just as God in Christ also forgave you. Eph. 4:32 Amp. There is an element of forgiveness that is anchored in unconditional love. Love for God, others and yourself that defies unhealthy plans of the enemy. As we meditate on this verse today, remember to truly forgive others of all transgressions as God has freely forgiven you. Don’t forget to forgive yourself as well for any wrongdoings you have committed. It is impossible to authentically love and be loved while harboring regret and resentment in our hearts. When we don’t forgive it weighs us down and forgiveness sets us free. Forgive today and walk in your healing. Let’s go and grow together. ADaubon
Monday Meditation
Lord as I meditate on your word today, I pray my life will represent you in every way. Search and cleanse me as you prune my heart. Hold me together when I’m falling apart. Reignite my passion and rekindle my fire. Your will for my life is all that I desire. If I should stray lead me back in the right direction. When others see me let them see you in my reflection. I’m so grateful that you stripped me from all that was old and made me new again. You transformed my life and forgave all my sins. My life is an example of your love and grace. My heart belongs to you and no one can ever take your place. Help me to live a life that truly loves others the way you’ve loved me. Let your love flow through me unconditionally. Let my heart be a replica of yours as I strive to live a life pleasing unto you. I’ve surrendered my life to you and I know you’ll see me through. Thank you for your new mercies that continue to flow. I seek your face daily as I go and grow. ADaubon
